The break in and tuning begins.
Here is a rats nest. A new stock battery is in place I am still running a stock charging and ignition system. Points.  
The stock carbs with new fuel lines and UNI dirt bike filters. 
The carbs now have increased primary and main jetting. 35 primary and 230 mains. Note, I am running premix fuel at present and have a fuel line hooking the two oil lines together.  
Here is the front wheel with the original disk that I drilled over 32 years ago.  
Compare the frame to what was seen before restoration. on page 1. I used KBS system frame paint.  
The stock master cylinder was rebuildable but I chose to put on a master cylinder was off of a 1988 Honda VTR250. 12.7 mm bore and offers better leverage than stock. 
Guess I never cleaned the original stock pipes. The baffles were not removed during rebuild. 
Still running the rearsets I put on before I started racing this bike in 1980.
